Products
We have built relationships with a number of manufacturers in order to give you many options.
Some of these manufacturers include such well-trusted, prominent brand names as Honeywell, Pelco, Panasonic, Nuvico, Bosch, JVC, GE Fiber Options, Samsung, American Dynamics, Tatung, Hunt, and Toshiba. This wide range of manufacturers, who each produce many individual specialized products, allows you to choose many competitive possibilities for any of your needs. We also maintain an understanding of the developing CCTV technologies that these manufacturers use, such as wireless and IP. We stay abreast of upcoming developments.
Additionally, we supply another crucial security product for you: access control systems, such as swiping card readers on doors. When used in tandem with CCTV, they allow you to not only see who is moving about your building and what they are doing, but limit who can get into the building. We work with Keyscan, who supplies electronically regulating control units for multiple-door arrangements and single- or multiple-cab elevators, along with biometric, Smartcard, and proximity readers.
Service and Maintenance
Service and maintenance are crucial goals for any fire or security system, and Closed Circuit Television and access control are no exceptions. Furthermore, just as we aim to provide a wide range of needs in our sales through the numerous manufacturers and their products that we work with, we take the same approach to our service; we provide unique customer service for each system, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Some of the specific services we can provide include, but are not limited to:
- Basic examination–of parts, history since last maintenance, control equipment (like monitors, VCR, and DVR,) recording/playback quality, image transmission, field of view
- Maintenance responses to this examination–cleaning lenses and repairing parts
- Retraining of users on CCTV use, if necessary
